We will map out and plan your pilates goals and objectives as well as discuss any previous injuries or ailments.

I will observe your basic movement patterns of walking, sitting, standing articulation, breathing and core connection.

I will then develop a Pilates program tailored to your specific needs that will expand as you grow in movement + strength.

Lastly, I will give specific homework exercises for you to add to your daily routine and additional training programs.
