As a swimmer I use a lot of my bigger muscles in and out of the water. Before working with Brenda, I couldn't quite figure out how to activate my tinier muscles and balance out my stroke. I have gained more awareness of my core, coordination of my shoulders and overall balance within my body in and out of the pool. I would work with Brenda before my afternoon workouts and I was able to tell right away what transpired on the cadillac and/or reformer was transferred into the pool. My balance was starting to equal out and I felt I was able to move through the water with so much more ease and efficiency. Every athlete is different and Brenda learned the sport of swimming to teach me movements that directly related to my body in the water. Brenda has taught me to truly LOVE pilates and feel the love with each movement!
